The Builtmoore Co. Interiors is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. Below is our return policy on interior design services, home decor & furnishings, and gift certificates.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

CONSULTATIONS: Consultations, either virtual or in-person are refundable up to 48 hours of purchase. Once design work has begun or consultations have taken place, no refunds will be given. if additional design services are booked after the consultation, the consultation cost will be credited toward your design servies, as outlined in the Design Services Agreement.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES: All interior design services, are nonrefundable once the Client-Designer contract has been signed by both parties and design work has commenced. The Builtmoore Co. Interiors bills on a phased basis per project.

CONSULTING: Consulting fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable once the Client-Designer contract has been signed by all parties and design work has commenced.

HOME DECOR & FURNISHINGS

HOME DECOR: By placing a home decor or funishings order through The Builtmoore Co. Interiors, there are no cancelations or refunds, unless otherwise specificed by the vendor. If a vendor allows returns, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for any restocking or shipping fees incurred. The Builtmoore Co. Interiors requires a 50% deposit for home decor or furnishings.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged, you are required to document the damaged item by photographing the item and submit to heyitskatiemoore@gmail.com within three (3) days of delivery. The Builtmoore Co. Interiors will work with the vendor to replace the damaged item accordingly.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates can be used toward a consultation (virtual or in-home), design services, consulting services, or home decor & furnishings. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
